Gentlemen,
Yesterday, when I returned home from work I noticed the
small yellow flag at the comer of my lawn, indicating
you had been to my home performing your service. I
have owned this home for nearly ten years and have
always done all of the yard work not because I have to,
but because I enjoy it. All but the chemical end of it.
I could never get it right. Missed spots, grubs. Bum
areas and on. Four years ago, I gave up and because of a
telephone solicitation from another company, I elected
to have someone else do this portion of it.. It was a
huge mistake. There were times I was at home and caught
the young man doing the work, completely ignoring my
back yard. Because of the liquid fertilizer, the entire
process was a joke and my lawn was worse off than ever
before. Over that winter, I heard about Custom
Lawns from several friends. I called and made the
switch. It may be an egocentric head thing, but I now
have the best looking lawn on the street and it looks
better every year. I can't thank you enough for your
superior service and the excellent products you use on
my lawn. Sometimes, life goes by without ever saying
thanks - and in this case, I didn't want that to happen. |
